As a landlord you are legally required to have a gas safety inspection carried out on every rental property every 12 months. The inspection must be performed by a Gas Safe registered engineer and the resulting CP12 certificate must be provided to your tenants within 28 days of the check being completed.

Installing 3 new radiators, into a large set up. Setting two thermostats with segregation valves to keep costs down to avoid heating unused areas.
